Roy's Zero Based Budget (ZBB) has lots of room to do what you need it to. The top and left sides are locked so you can scroll down and over and still know what is what! Thanks Roy.
AND:
Dorothy gives us this Retirement tracking spreadsheet! The numbers have been zeroed out to protect Dorothy, so you have to plug in your own numbers in blocks I9, M127, and N223. You may have to change block B15 to reflect your appropriate age. Dorothy says: 'This spreadsheet helps track the growth of your retirement savings, the "after-inflation" cost of retirement and the subsequent depletion of your retirement savings during retirement.'

All of this spreadsheet stuff just way out of your league? OK, try this: YNAB (You Need A Budget). What a great piece of software! I've been using it since March 2008, it is so worth it!! Version 3 is the best I've seen so far!! Take a look and see if it's something you can afford, and give it a try. They even have a free trial, so you can test drive it!! Great philosophy to go along with Financial Peace.
